In the modern era, as today's technology is getting more advanced and sophisticated. So to obtain information is greatly facilitated. Not only that to disseminate information is very easy. So anybody can disseminate and get information easily. And to get information / news can be from anywhere. Like newspapers, the internet, word of mouth, etc. Because information is so easily widespread, many people can easily disseminate hoax news. And not a few one who receive the information / news directly believe that the news is true .
One that causes hoax news spread start from ignorance and intention to dropped the good name of someone or an company. Then news are spread and the news became widespread. So many recipients of the news is lazy to find out the truth of the news and then they immediately disseminate again. So that hoax news can easily spread. And as the impact many parties are harmed, or feel cheated because of the hoax news.
So the response that should be done is to find out in advance the truth of the news received before spreading back the news. And if indeed it is lazy to find out should be no to spread the news is uncertain the truth. It was done to avoid any the parties being disadvantaged .
As news reader should be intelligent in the sorting of news which ones should we believe the truth. And not easy to believe the news which received. Because if we easily believe the false news then there will be parties who harmed, either ourselves or others.
